Booking & delivery

How does your dumpster rental service work?

Choose a size, book online or by phone, and pick your delivery date. We deliver Monday through Friday between 8am and 6pm and text or call when the driver is on the way. Fill it up, then call when you’re done and we’ll haul it away.

How soon can I get a dumpster delivered?

Fast. Most deliveries land within 24 to 48 hours of booking, and same-day delivery is often available if you call before 12 PM.

Do I need to be present when the dumpster is delivered?

No. Just tell us where you want it during booking and leave the spot clear. Our drivers handle the rest.

What if I fill up my dumpster and need another one?

Swap-outs are available. Call the office and we’ll schedule a fresh container and haul the full one away.

Sizing

How do I know what size dumpster I need?

Three honest rules of thumb: a 12 yard handles one room or one garage, a 20 yard handles a roof or a renovation, and a 30 yard handles a whole house. Still not sure? Call us and describe the project; we size these all day.

What sizes of dumpsters do you offer?

Three roll-off sizes: 12 yard (12×5×8 ft, 1 ton included), 20 yard (15×6×8 ft, 2 tons included), and 30 yard (19×6×8 ft, 3 tons included).

Pricing & weight

How much does a dumpster rental cost?

Flat rates, posted publicly: $399 for a 12 yard, $599 for a 20 yard, $799 for a 30 yard. Delivery, pickup, and the included tonnage are all in that number.

Do you require a deposit?

The rental fee is charged at booking; no separate deposit. Any extra days or extra tonnage are billed only after pickup, at the posted rates.

What happens if I exceed the weight limit?

Every load is weighed at the disposal facility. If you go over the included tonnage, the overage is billed at $160 per additional ton after pickup. If you think you’ll be heavy, call ahead and we’ll help you plan.

How long can I keep my dumpster?

The 12 yard includes 5 days and the 20 and 30 yards include 7. Need longer? Extra days are just $10 each; keep it as long as the project takes.

Placement & permits

Do I need a permit for a dumpster?

On your own driveway or private property: no permit needed. On a public street or sidewalk, your town may require one; in Milford that’s the Department of Public Works at 203-783-3230.

What surfaces can you place the dumpster on?

Pavement, concrete, dirt, or grass all work. We put boards down to protect your surface before the container ever touches it.

Any special requirements for the spot?

We need a clear spot at least 15 feet long and 10 feet wide, about the footprint of a parked pickup truck or SUV, with overhead clearance for the truck to roll the container off.

Rules

What materials can I put in the dumpster?

Most household and construction debris: junk, furniture, appliances, drywall, lumber, shingles, yard waste, e-waste, even hot tubs. Mattresses are fine at $25 each and tires at $15 each. Prohibited: hazardous materials, oils, paints, chemicals, and medical waste. Concrete, brick, and dirt need a quick call first.

Am I responsible if the dumpster gets damaged?

Normal wear and tear is on us. Damage from heavy equipment, fire, or misuse is the customer’s responsibility, so load it like you’d load your own truck.

The dumpster can be there tomorrow.
