At the entry price the containers are not the same product. Purple’s $399 is a 10 yard with 1,000 pounds of disposal included. Summit’s $399 is a 12 yard with 2,000 pounds included. A typical garage or basement cleanout runs 1,200 to 1,800 pounds, which means the same job fits inside our allowance and runs over theirs, at their $190 per ton rate.
